Day 1 Saturday 08/03/2025: Italy - Ho Chi Minh
Meeting of participants at Milan Malpensa airport and meeting with the tour leader. Clear customs and depart for Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) by flight via Dubai. Meals and overnight stay on board.
Day 2 Sunday 09/03/2025: Ho Chi Minh
Upon arrival, welcome and transfer to hotel. Accommodation in the reserved rooms.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Monday, 10/03/2025: Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi Tunnels - Ho Chi Minh
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, tour the city from the Reunification Palace, a grandiose building that witnessed the fierce Vietnam War that ended in 1975 and is now used as a museum and hall for official receptions. Near the Palace stand two other important icons of the city.
The Central Post Office, a majestic post office dating from the late 1800s, at the time of French colonization, as can be seen from its architectural elements.
Notre Dame Cathedral, whose origins are easy to understand, built between 1877 and 1883, which stands imposing with its vermilion-hued facade and which, to this day, welcomes the Catholic faithful.
Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon we will reach the Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground network built by Vietnamese guerrillas to protect the region from American attacks during the Vietnam War.
Upon completion return to Ho Chi Minh, dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 Tuesday, 11/03/2025: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Ben Ten, a province in the Mekong Delta, a famous river that originates in Tibet and then flows right into Vietnam after a long course. This area of lush vegetation with its canals is a tropical fruit paradise. Here, we will board a boat that will take us along the river, immersed in the daily life of the inhabitants who live along the banks. A friendly and hospitable people from the delta, who will not fail to welcome us into their gardens to let us taste some local goodies produced by family-run businesses, from honey to coconut candies.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
At the end of this experience that will have satisfied sight and taste, surrounded by beautiful nature that dictates the rhythms of life, we will return to Ho Chi Minh in the late afternoon.

Day 5 Wednesday, 12/03/2025: Ho Chi Minh - Hanoi
Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning transfer to the airport in time for your flight to Hanoi. After arriving in the capital we will reach a local restaurant for lunch. Afterwards we settle down at the hotel for a few hours of relaxation, and early in the evening we meet the guide for a walk devoted to sampling the street food for which Hanoi is so famous. Return to hotel, overnight stay.
Day 6 Thursday, 03/13/2025: Hanoi
A full day dedicated to Hanoi, with the most important visits to the capital city. We will start at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the funerary building that holds the remains of the Vietnamese leader.
We will then reach the One-Pillar Pagoda, a Buddhist icon where Hanoi's most solemn ceremonies are held, and the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first center of higher studies.
We will then continue with the Tra Quoc Pagoda, the oldest in the entire country, dating back to the 6th century, and a ride in typical rickshaws in the Old Quarter, Hanoi's historic center that testifies to the fusion of different cultures and will allow you to savor the city's charming atmosphere.

In the afternoon stop at Ngoc Son Temple located on Hoan Kiem Lake and Quan Thanh Taoist Temple.
The day will then end with a water puppet show, a stage art devised by Vietnamese peasants, a wonderful opportunity to learn about the country's mythology, traditions and current customs. At the end, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7 Friday, 03/14/2025: Hanoi - Pu Luong
Breakfast at the hotel. Leaving Hanoi we will set out south to reach Pu Luong Nature Reserve, crossing a mountain pass that will give panoramic views of the entire valley, with changing landscapes depending on the season. At an altitude of about 1,700 meters that freshens the air, this reserve is the ideal place for some relaxation in touch with nature.
In time for a delicious lunch, we will arrive at the beautiful traditional-style eco lodge surrounded by hills where we will stay. The afternoon will be devoted to discovering this enchanted area, getting to know more about the reality of the village, interacting with the locals who populate the vicinity of the lodge and discovering their culture and traditions. A glimpse into daily life, as well as walks through cultivated fields and rice fields, and then ending the day with dinner accompanied by a traditional dance performance.
Day 8 Saturday, 03/15/2025: Pu Luong - Ninh Binh
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Ninh Binh, capital of ancient Vietnam before Hanoi assumed a prominent role in the 11th century.
The visit begins with a river excursion to Tam Coc, past spectacular limestone cliffs, green rice paddies and caves. While navigating this spectacular UNESCO heritage area, stop at Bich Dong Pagoda, built on the mountainside.

In the afternoon, continue the visit to Pagoda, which is characterized by three temples, named for the position they occupy: Ha Pagoda, the lowest; Trung Pagoda, the middle one; and Thuong Pagoda, the highest one, from which there is an incredible view of the surrounding countryside. At the end, accommodation in the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 9 Sunday, 03/16/2025: Ninh Binh - Ha Long Bay
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart eastward to Halong Bay, a truly unique place, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1994.
We will then board the exclusive boat that will host us for a cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this place, with thousands of variegated limestone rocks sticking out of the water and countless caves, which we will get to explore.
Lunch on board along the navigation.
Before dinner, another nice opportunity to get in touch with the local culture, specifically its gastronomy, with an exceptional cooking class.
Overnight stay on board.
Day 10 Monday, 17/03/2025: Ha Long Bay - Hanoi - Italy
After admiring the spectacular sunrise over the bay and recharging your batteries at breakfast, navigation will continue through this area dotted with islets with evocative names, such as Sail Island, Fisherman's Head Rock, Butterfly Rock and Turtle Islet. Brunch on board.
Reaching the pier, after disembarking, transfer by land that, in a little over two hours, will take us to Hanoi.
Dinner at local restaurant and on to Hanoi airport. Boarding the flight to Milan via Dubai. Overnight stay on board.
Day 11 Tuesday, 03/18/2025: Italy
Breakfast on board and arrival in Milan by lunchtime.
